The ritual
Every Ding goes the same way. Skip a step and it is just a drink.
Ding is built to be drunk cold. Warm fizz goes flat on the tongue, cold fizz bites.
That hiss is the fizz telling you it is ready. Let it finish before the first sip.
The first one should sting a little. That is the Ding. Repeat until the bottle is empty.

Ding makes desi fizzy drinks in 315 ml PET bottles for ₹30. Side A is the desi hits: Shikanji with nimbu, kala namak and pudina; Classic Jeera with roasted cumin; and Tangy Orange. Side B is the remixes: Korean Cola, an alcohol-free Mint Mojito and Coffee Fizz. Twist the cap, hear the Ding, and serve ice cold.
